Secure your spot to serve typical Venezuelan and other international cuisine to a crowd of over 7,000 people.
Be a part of the Culinary Experience at the Event. Don't miss the opportunity to sell your menu to over 7,000 people, spanning both the Hispanic and American communities of Colorado.
It will be strategically located on 11th street in front of the Tivoli Quad. Each participant will be randomly assigned by the order of arrival, as they arrive at the installation time on the day of the event one after the other.
All vendors must be self-sufficient and are responsible for bringing their own truck. It is not allowed to place a tent, tables, furniture, chairs in front of each truck on the side of the pedestrian crossing.
We encourage you to bring tents for each food truck and place it on the side of the grass closest to your truck, in order to make it more welcoming to your customers. Tent weights at all four corners are required for all outdoor events.
Access to electricity is not provided and is not available due to it being an outdoor space.
We do not provide WiFi. Be prepared to accept sales in offline mode for credit card sales. Alternatively, you can use your cell phone as a hotspot.
Suppliers, once they pay through our website, will not have the opportunity to cancel their supplier registration, under any circumstances. After the cancellation period. In the event of any cancellation by the participant, we cannot offer any refund.
Accepted providers will be notified with more detailed loading/unloading instructions at least one week prior to the event.
Take into account that the installation and uninstallation of your space must be done the same day of the event.
Each vendor is responsible for having the appropriate business and sales tax licenses for the event jurisdiction (City of Denver, Colorado) and for reporting and submitting their sales tax information to the appropriate state and municipal entities.
You will be notified by email of your confirmation of participation in the event. The space is not confirmed until the Papagayo team reviews and confirms the payment. If you do not receive a notification within 3 days of submitting your application, please contact info@organizacionpapagayo.org
Each vendor will need to sign our 2023 Vendor Agreement. Vendors will only need to sign a contract once their participation is confirmed and this will need to be signed prior to the event.
The installation will begin at 7:30 am until 9:00 am. Setup must be completed by 9:00 am. Complying with these hours you have the opportunity to promote your company for more hours.
Disassembly hours will begin at 8:00 pm. Please do not close your food truck until 8:00 pm. Disassembly of equipment and packing cannot begin until after the event has concluded.
At Papagayo we are excited to promote the most sustainable events possible. We encourage all food and beverage vendors to use only compostable containers, service items, and sample cups for this event. Likewise, we will be charging a penalty for leaving trash and/or items in your space.
Please leave both areas as you found them. It is a duty as an event participant to keep your area clean. No one is allowed to leave anything overnight or unclean. Anyone who does not comply will be fined $500.
Each vendor is required to leave the space clean at the end of the day. Vendors must remove all waste or waste products, as well as posters, tents, tables, etc. at the end of each event.
Our events happen rain, snow or shine. With exceptions in cases of extreme or dangerous weather conditions, the events will take place regardless of rain, heat or cold.
Vendors should be adequately prepared for sudden rain showers (suggestions include plastic sheeting to cover merchandise if necessary, umbrellas, etc.)
Papagayo Team has the authority to open and/or close the event early and/or late due to severe or inclement weather conditions. Papagayo will make decisions to alter the event schedule based on weather reports or event conditions.
In cases of severe weather (snow, tornado warnings, excessive winds, rain, electrical storms, etc.), Papagayo may cancel the bazaar. Suppliers will be notified of cancellations.

All trucks, canopies and forms of cover must be sufficiently and securely secured to the ground from the time the canopy is raised at the start of the event to the time immediately before it is removed at the end of the event. Weights must not present any hazards (such as tripping) to customers.
All profane, abusive, rude and boisterous language and/or conduct at or around the events is prohibited.
The use or possession of drugs, gambling, or possession of firearms is prohibited in or around the market area.
Fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive marketing, disruptive behavior or price collusion between vendors may result in loss of the right to do business of any kind at our events for a period of time to be determined by Papagayo.
Sellers must be eighteen years of age or older. Younger children are welcome and encouraged to participate but must be accompanied by an adult responsible for the child’s conduct and safety.
It is completely prohibited to promote another company, products, services in your field that is outside of this contract. This contract is agreed under the purposes of the aforementioned company. If you do not comply, you will be fined $1,500.
