A fantastic opportunity to showcase and market your products to an audience of over 7,000 people, spanning both the Hispanic and American communities of Colorado.

This space is for you!
Recommended for: sale desserts, packaged food ready to distribute that does not need refrigeration, sale of services, clothing, sale of pots, sale of health insurance, etc.

This bazaar collective is for you!
Recommended for: sale of jewelry, hairdressing services, eyebrow service, crafts, books.
Bazar Collective will be located in several tents where each participant will have a 72″ x 30″ space to set up their table.
Bazar Food, each participant will be able to obtain the space to bring their 10″x10″ tent
The location of your space will be randomly assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as you arrive at setup time on the day of the event.
All vendors must be self-sufficient and are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, furniture, and decor to create a unique and welcoming temporary tent. Tent weights at all four corners are required for all outdoor events.
We love cooperative-style stands, which is why the participants of the collective bazaar will be able to share all within the same tent.
Those who participate in the Food Bazar cannot share this one.
Keep in mind: the item of sale is not restricted, that is, there may be entrepreneurs selling related products. Additional vendors who have not been approved and purchased their space will not be allowed to participate.
Access to electricity is not provided and is not available due to it being an outdoor space.
We do not provide WiFi. Be prepared to accept sales in offline mode for credit card sales. Alternatively, you can use your cell phone as a hotspot.
Once they pay through our website, will not have the opportunity to cancel their registration, under any circumstances. In the event of any cancellation by the participant, we cannot offer any refund.
Accepted providers will be notified with more detailed loading/unloading instructions at least one week prior to the event.
Take into account that the installation and uninstallation of your stand must be done the same day of the event.
Each vendor is responsible for having the appropriate business and sales tax licenses for the event jurisdiction (city and state) and for reporting and submitting their sales tax information to the appropriate state and municipal entities.
You will be notified by email of your confirmation of participation in the event. Booth space is not confirmed until payment is made and confirmed by the Papagayo team. If you do not receive a notification within 3 days of submitting your application, please contact info@organizacionpapagayo.org
Each vendor will need to sign our 2023 Vendor Agreement. Vendors will only need to sign a contract once their participation is confirmed and this must be signed prior to the event.
Set Up will start at 7:30 am until 9:00 am. Setup must be complete at 9:00 am. By meeting these times you have the opportunity to promote your company for more hours.
Teardown time will start at 8:00 pm. Please do not close your booth until 8:00 pm. Breaking down equipment and packing up cannot begin until the event has concluded.
Papagayo are excited to promote the most sustainable events possible. We encourage all food and beverage vendors to use only compostable containers, service items, and sample cups for this event. Likewise, we will be charging a penalty fee for leaving trash and/or items in your space.
Please leave your both areas as you found it. It is a duty as an event participant to keep your area clean. No one is allowed to leave anything overnight or unclean. Anyone who fails to compliance will be assessed a $500 fine.
Each vendor is required to leave the space clean at the end of the day. Vendors must remove all residue or waste products, as well as signs, tents, tables, etc. at the end of each event.
Our events happen rain, snow or shine. With exceptions in cases of extreme or dangerous weather, the events will take place regardless of rain, heat or cold.
Vendors should be adequately prepared for sudden rain showers (suggestions include plastic sheeting to cover merchandise if necessary, umbrellas, etc.)
Papagayo Team has the authority to open and/or close the bazaar early and/or late due to severe or inclement weather conditions. Papagayo will make decisions to alter market hours based on weather reports or market conditions.
In cases of severe weather (snow, tornado warnings, excessive winds, rain, thunderstorms, etc.), Papagayo may cancel the bazaar. Suppliers will be notified of cancellations.

All canopies and forms of cover must be sufficiently and securely attached to the ground from the time the canopy is erected at the start of the event to the time immediately before it is taken down at the end of the event. Weights must not present any hazards (such as tripping) to customers.
All profane, abusive, rude, and boisterous language and/or conduct at or around the events is prohibited.
The use or possession of drugs, gambling, or possession of firearms is prohibited in or around the market area.
Fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive marketing, disruptive behavior or price collusion between vendors may result in loss of the right to do business of any kind at our events for a period of time to be determined by Papagayo.
Vendors must be eighteen years of age or older. Younger children are welcome and encouraged to participate but must be accompanied by an adult responsible for the child’s conduct and safety.
It is completely prohibited to promote another company, products, services in your field that is outside of this contract. This contract is agreed under the purposes of the company mentioned. If you fail to comply, you will be assessed a $1.500 fine.
